WCF CHALK STREAM 8’ 3wt. Due to demand we have added another beauty of a rod from our Korean rod building suppliers. Here we have a crisp little 8’ 3wt which is 4 piece and specifically built for dry fly presentation. Finished in a very classy sage green metallic this rod boasts a modified cigar AAAA grade cork handle. Also featured is a double up locking anodized aerospace grade aluminum reel seat with real wood insert. There are double stripping guides along with open bridge snake guides all whipped in black and tipped off in gold, there’s also a very handy hook keeper positioned so as both left and right anglers can use with ease. The rod comes with a spare tip section and a fitted rod sock. Do not be fooled by the reasonable cost as we buy direct from the manufacturer and cut out the middle guy. the rod has a typical crisp action and presents a line exceedingly well….yes you could also use it for nymphing on small streams too. Be sure to look in our reel section as there are a couple of reel types that would marry to this rod perfectly.
