Here we have a James Reid “High Water” 5/6wt 8’ bamboo fly rod. James is a Master Rodsmith based on Vancouver Island, who is famed for his incredible bamboo Spey rods. This is one of the first rods built by him and he sold it to me 12 years ago. It’s actually a rebuilt 1960s rod that’s been shorted to 8’ and makes it very fishable….. especially when you find those little gem places out beyond the back of the Fraser Valley. The rod is in mint condition and is a very nostalgic way to angle for our beautiful Rainbow trout. When you come home from fishing you do what l do and hang it on your wall !!!. ****SOLD****
